Groundwork London’s Employment & Skills team is seeking a proactive and skilled Contract Support Officer to join our Employment Team. You will be a key part of the delivery team, responsible for providing high quality administrative and contractual support with the purpose of maintaining the Trust’s reporting and evidencing obligations.

The Contract Support Officer works closely with the Senior Contract Officer, Project Officers and Programme Managers. You will enable our programmes to succeed through your effective checking and collating of contract delivery paperwork as well as fostering supportive and positive partner relationships through effective communication and accurate reporting.

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent service to our internal teams and external partners
  • An understanding of systems and compliance and experience of managing data and file.
  • Excellent data management skills alongside proven ability to use MS software including Word, Excel and are comfortable using database systems
