For over 20 years, Groundwork’s youth teams have been inspiring young people to lead change, challenge themselves and achieve great things. In 2019, we will be offering 100’s more young people exciting social action and learning experiences and you will be central to their success.
You will:
* Design and manage the successful delivery of our HeadStart Action and NCS projects to the highest quality, ensuring all young people have the best possible experience.
* Develop and manage a team of Achievement Coaches and NCS delivery staff.
* Manage our relationship with funders, ensuring we meet their requirements and our obligations.
You will be highly organised and able to work towards targets and deadlines, while managing your own workload. You’ll be supported in your role by colleagues within our youth and community teams.
