Norfolk Wildlife Trust is the county’s largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk’s wildlife and wild places.

- The opportunity to lead on the management of Roydon common, a complex of heath, mire, grassland and woodland extending over 365ha, one of the largest and arguably the finest inland nature reserves in the East of England.

- 37½ hrs per week with some out of hours work for which time off in lieu is granted.
- 20 days annual leave per annum plus statutory holidays, rising incrementally to 25 days per annum from 5 years employment.
- Pension: employer contributes 7% of salary equivalent after completion of trial period, increasing to 8% after 3 years of continuous service
In return we are looking for:
- An individual to lead our West Norfolk Reserves management team to deliver our conservation objectives on some of the County’s premier nature reserves.
· Team management, organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential.
· Experience in the use of chainsaws, tractors, machinery and invasive weed control.
