The Ramblers is looking to recruit someone to coordinate our flagship walking festivals, supporting volunteers across Great Britain to inspire more people to get up and get active.
This is an exciting time to join the Ramblers team and a great opportunity to make a lasting and tangible impact on the future success of the charity.
Essential Requirements include:

A track record in programme management

Experience of managing programmes where a substantial element is delivered by volunteers

Experience of managing matrix programme teams

Knowledge of impact and evaluation practice

Ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
