FSC needs to be certain that education staff leading groups are not only competent and enthusiastic, but experienced and professional individuals capable of working with and inspiring students of all ages. To help ensure the development of education staff, FSC is offering this Trainee Tutor scheme, starting on 26 October 2015.
The Trainee Tutor scheme is designed to equip an individual with the skills and attributes to enable further time to be devoted to building an experience through the delivery of courses to an increasingly wide range of audiences. Each Trainee will undertake an initial 8 weeks intensive training and placement programme before joining an education team at an FSC Learning Location where they will continue to undertake ongoing assessment and training. This is a fixed term contract commencing 26th October 2015 and ending on 30th November 2016.
Do you have a passion for learning outside the classroom? Previous experience of working outdoors with young people, fieldwork and conservation? Have you got what it takes to make that difference? If yes then we want to hear from you.
