Description  

We are looking for an experienced and creative retail manager with a passion for promoting sustainable lifestyles and products. You will be a key part of the team opening a brand new high street concept store in the West End.

Reporting to the Head of Retail this store brings together selected ranges of sustainable products all under one roof, carefully curated alongside sustainable living advice to our customers.

Are you keen to:

·Play a key role in the launch of a brand new premium high street sustainable store.

·Lead staff and operational management in The Good Store” on a day to day basis.

·Maximise sales and income in support of Groundwork’s charitable activities.

  • Proven customer service skills and knowledge within a retail and sales environment to meet targets
