Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Tackling Textiles Coordinator to join our friendly staff team and deliver growth for this important Northern Ireland wide programme.
Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, with the support of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is delivering a project to tackle the growing volume of textile waste in Northern Ireland. The post holder will implement a targeted advertising campaign and awareness raising competition. These will promote a new ‘Slow Fashion’ culture focusing on reuse and repurposing of clothes as well as investing in quality garments at the outset.
You will be competent in project/campaign management and be able to deliver targets within
budget and on time.
You will be able to deal effectively with a demanding workload, build lasting external relationships and communicate effectively.
Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful reserves the right to hold a reserve list, for a period of approximately 12 months, from this recruitment to fill similar roles which may arise.
