The UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC) is a charity and membership organisation which campaigns for a sustainable built environment. UK-GBC has a diverse membership of more than 400 organisations spanning the entire built environment. The majority are from the private sector, but we also have public and third sector members.

We work to inspire best practice and leadership, influence government and policy, and impact our members' sustainability performance.  Our vision is a built environment that enables a high quality of life for people, within the limits our planet can support.

UK-GBC is committed to increasing understanding and sharing best practice in pursuit of a shared vision of a sustainable built environment. Our Learning and Development programme is designed to be multi-disciplinary, flexible and highly accessible, combining both virtual learning, such as online courses and webinars, and face-to-face education through classroom courses, residentials and masterclasses.

Purpose of the role
