Butterfly Conservation is the world’s largest organisation dedicated to the conservation of butterflies, moths and our environment.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and highly motivated Senior Supporter Database Officer to manage our supporter CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and ensure that its full potential is achieved to help maximise the growth of income and membership. The successful candidate will also be required to provide technical support, in-house training and advice to ensure data is well managed and effectively stored in line with data protection regulations as well as be responsible for providing research, analysis and insight to inform future campaigns including efficient management of communication preferences.
