Senior Sales Manager, Paris, France, EU85k – EU95k + Bonus rnrnMy client is one of the top offshore developers and wind turbine manufacturers worldwide

My client is one of the top offshore developers and wind turbine manufacturers worldwide. They are aggressively expanding their presence throughout Europe and are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to oversee their turbine sales throughout France. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales manager to join a world leading company with a global portfolio and client lift.

Core Criteria: 
My client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to help grow their business throughout France. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest offshore developers and manufacturers with the financial backing and pedigree of a global giant, selling their state of the art wind turbines across the region.

Responsibilities:-

- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts and performance goals to achieve corporate objectives for wind turbine sales
- Manage performance of sales management and representative organizations
- Play an active role in monthly sales forecasts and sales strategies for France
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
- Establishing a long-term business platform
- Coordinate with the Head of Sales in managing the entire sales operations in your region
- Take part in negotiations of terms and conditions with developers across France and Europe
- Help direct their turbine sales operation in Frace and work closely with the international team to best expand my clients growth 
- Ensure all deals meet revenue and margin expectations for the wind energy company and that your team is performing within the framework of the company

Education:-
Must have a good educational background in either business or civil or mechanical or electrical engineering

Core Requirements:-
- 3+ years of wind turbine sales experience
- You must have a proven ability and temperament to work on long term contracts 
- An excellent understanding of regulatory requirements in the wind industry in France
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results 
- Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization and work closely with other senior managers in a large international company
- Fluency in French

General Requirements:-
- Ability to travel 
- Proficient with making impactful presentations and managing a team of high level employees
- Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies

Key Skills:-
Offshore wind, sales of wind turbines, negotiations experience, business development, exceptional team leadership skills, experience with complex contact negotiations and complex stakeholder and customer management experience, French language skills
