We are recruiting for a skilled authoritative Senior Ecologist with the associated degree or 10+ years in-depth knowledge and experience in ecology, in relevant legislation and policy and experience in multi-disciplinary ecological consultancy. You should be passionate about expanding our/your current understanding of National Infrastructure projects and how these relate to our services.
Your skills
To be successful you should have previous consultancy experience and be proficient in writing and delivering UKHab, PRA’s, PEA’s, BNG assessments, EcIAs, and licence applications ensuring the highest standards are met and maintained. You will ensure efficient methods of collecting and maintaining project related data and provide support to the staff and business on all Ecology related queries. You will have a background in working with ecological and environmental licences, habitat and species surveys, impact assessments, biodiversity mitigation and offsetting and enhancement. You will ensure our work is accurate and robust.
You will lead the way and help develop the vision for ER, you will need to be self-motivated and passionate about the environment and our impact upon it.
