Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity. We deliver over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimisation, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprise in improving their environment.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Case Worker for the Work and Health Programme in Barnet to provide engaging, empathetic and motivating support for people with complex barriers to move into sustainable employment together with providing management, coaching and mentoring to the delivery staff.
You will be a customer-focused and target-driven individual with the ability to assist and motivate clients to overcome barriers to employment. You will hold IAG L4 or equivalent; accredited training in relevant disciplines e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or demonstrative experience at this level and a willingness to work towards and gain relevant accreditation and qualifications.
In addition, you will have experience of providing leadership and support to a team, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and partners. You will be proficient in the collection, management and reporting of data relating to funder requirements.
