This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, managing a diverse range of property types across Devon within marine, lowland and upland environments. You will have a fulfilling and interesting breadth of work to undertake including rent reviews, sales, lettings and general property maintenance. You will assist in a range of progressive environmental projects including the Duchy’s work on natural capital and net zero.

You will be a Member of the Rural Practice Division of the RICS and you will have at least two year’s post RICS qualification experience and hold a related degree.
