Ramblers Cymru is proud to lead on the development of a sustainable model of health walk intervention delivery, in partnership with Welsh Government

We are looking for a Project Administrator, with excellent organisational skills, to help ensure the smooth running of this project.  Building on the strong base provided by the Let’s Walk Cymru scheme, the post holder will be expected undertake administration connected to the Lets Walk Cymru project and other funded activities

The role involves maintaining accurate records, acting as a point of contact for Let’s Walk Cymru stakeholders and supporting the development of the project.


This role is part of the Ramblers Cymru team.

Essential Requirements include:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Undertake administration connected to the Lets Walk Cymru project and other funded activities
  • Maintain a data base of monitoring and evaluation data in accordance with data protection policy and procedures
  • Ensure a good online filing systems is maintained, developed and managed
  • Be the point of contact for co-ordinators and grant recipients, support with their enquiries
  • Support and administer a training programme.
  • Undertake the administration and foster participation in consultations on the development of physical activity programmes and initiatives
  • Manage day to day invoicing for funded projects & maintain a tracking system
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of the post holder by the Ramblers
  • Participate in improvements to communications with funded projects and the information received from co-ordinators and staff to better determine the support needed.
