Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity, helping people to change places and change lives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead Groundwork London’s award-winning water saving programmes in partnership with Thames Water.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service in the delivery of domestic and business water efficiency, wastage fixes (low-level plumbing repairs) and customer engagement.
Providing leadership to the programme’s Senior Management and support teams, the Programme Manager will oversee the programmes financial planning and monitoring; human resources planning and management; health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace and in the field. They are also responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements and programme targets are met.
