Do you envisage an inclusive urban future where both communities and nature can thrive?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage CLEVER Cities, a five year EU funded project (Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Framework Programme.)

Led by the GLA and delivered in partnership with Peabody Trust and Social Finance, CLEVER Cities will demonstrate how Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), co-created with citizens, can support sustainable and socially inclusive urban regeneration across three European Cities: Milan, Hamburg and London. CLEVER Cities is one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, and the London programme aims to achieve tangible social, environmental and economic improvements through the regeneration of 20 hectares of urban space in Thamesmead.

The post holder will play a proactive role in co-creating specific demonstrator projects in three Community Action Labs (CALs) across the Thamesmead Estate. They will be experienced in the management and development of community co-design programmes and in planning, implementing and monitoring complex programmes.  Proven experience in multi-partner management and leadership of a programme delivery team in co-design activities and projects are required.

The postholder will hold excellent communication skills in community and stakeholder management and be experienced in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
