Groundwork London’s Employment & Skills team is seeking a proactive and skilled Payroll Administrator for our Employment Team. The role is a key part of the delivery team, responsible for providing high quality administrative and contractual support with the purpose of maintaining the Trust’s reporting and evidencing obligations.
Groundwork London is a leading social and environmental regeneration charity delivering over 500 social and environmental projects each year, many of which support people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment.
The HR/Payroll Administrator (BBO ACE) is a key role within Groundwork London’s ACE Employment Programme. The ACE projects offers temporary supported employment to long-term unemployed adults with disabilities and health conditions.
The HR/Payroll Administrator assists and supports Programme Managers and the delivery team by administering, checking and collating contract delivery paperwork and supports positive partner relationships through effective communication and accurate reporting. The role requires the ability to work flexibly within a multi disciplinary team, supporting internal and external partner delivery staff to meet performance evidence requirements.
This exciting role requires excellent data management skills, the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a commitment to accuracy. The Payroll Administrator is required to have strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure the positive partnership working.
An excellent team player, you have sound experience in office administration and of checking and collating documentation and evidence against agreed standards as well as sound Microsoft Corporate applications (MS Office) knowledge and skills.
