Every day TCV works across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone.   As a TCV Operations Leader you will develop and lead a successful, high-performing team to deliver activities which have a lasting impact on people’s health, prospects and outdoor places. 

We have two vacancies for Operations Leaders in London.  Ideal candidates will have:-

  • experience of community volunteering, land management for wildlife and working with partners and funders to develop new activities.
  • a relentless focus on delivering TCV goals for our volunteers, beneficiaries and partners.
  • a strong track record of financial and people management

Role 1– (job reference OLP&C)

You will lead a team responsible for the management of four parks and a community tree nursery in South London. .  You will have experience of managing sites open to the public.

Role 2–(job reference OLLGG)

You will lead a team delivering a range of practical and educational activities across a network of London green spaces.  You will have experience of bidding for and winning tenders.

Whether improving wellbeing, conserving a well-loved outdoor space or bringing people together to promote social cohesion and combat loneliness, TCV works together with communities to deliver practical solutions to the real life challenges they face.
