Description

You’ll be leading the delivery of the Farming in Protected Landscapes (FIPL) programme within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) managed by the Norfolk Coast Partnership which delivers collaborative work across a wide range of organisations to ensure the conservation and enhancement of the area. You’ll be working with farmers and land managers to deliver schemes under the themes of climate, nature, people and place. We’re looking for a motivated, experienced individual with a strong track record of engaging with farmers and land managers to provide agri-environment advice, support and facilitation. You’ll be an organised, self-motivated person with an in-depth understanding of farming and land management relevant to this area, who can work effectively as a key part of a small team of dedicated staff.

You’ll manage the delivery of the programme within the team, provide advice and support to help to develop projects with farmers and land managers, provide technical and administrative support to ensure the programme runs smoothly at all levels, and provide monitoring and feedback on the progress of the scheme to Defra.
