This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse, inspirational and exciting environment. This role is part of the Operations and Projects team, which provides a hub of logistical, administrative and operational support for the Learning and Participation department. This includes the Formal Learning programme (a broad curriculum linked programme for visiting schools with 77,000+ participants per annum) and thriving Community, Family and Guide programmes, alongside various projects.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in customer service and booking management experience.
The role requires an organised, flexible team player with excellent communication skills and proven expertise of administration and logistics. Salary will be of £17,729 – £18,995 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check.
