We are looking for a Development Officer to work with partners and consultants, review data on habitats, species and features, engage with landowners and prepare conservation statements. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of habitat management and landscape-scale approaches. You must be able to forge good relationships with a wide variety of organisations and individuals and have proven negotiating skills.
If you have a love of landscapes, history and wildlife and are keen to help the conservation of some very special places this is an excellent opportunity. The Chilterns Conservation Board offers 26 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays, a contributory pension scheme (Bucks County Council Local Government Pension Scheme) and 45p/mile mileage rate.
