The High Weald AONB Partnership is delighted to be managing two grant programmes which offer are an exciting means of helping farmers, land managers and wider community conserve and enhance an outstanding medieval landscape, and further public understanding and enjoyment of it.

As Land Management Project Officer, you will help people identify and develop projects that meet their business or organisational objectives and deliver outcomes for climate, nature, people, and place.  Your advice will help channel enthusiasm for the environment to change on the ground and will be helpful to farmers and land managers going through agricultural transition.

You will have a track record in providing advice on land management, experience of delivering practical projects, and an ability to engage and inspire a wide range of people.

The role offers a rare opportunity to work with a small, friendly team at the forefront of developing innovative approaches to protected landscape management.
