Description  

The Groundwork London Trust is seeking to recruit an ICT Support Officer to contribute to the administration of Groundworks’ systems infrastructure by providing ICT and telecoms support and undertaking a range of network administration duties. Supporting the ICT Manager, you will be an excellent problem solver and provide end-user support, domain administration and hardware and software support across our London locations and for remote working employees.

An excellent communicator, you will be approachable, friendly and able to deal with people across all levels of the organisation to provide an efficient support service.

You will have working knowledge of all MS Windows 10, a familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Office 365 and PC desktop applications and software, as well as knowledge of computer hardware, and a strong ability to troubleshoot PC issues in order to provide effective IT Support to end-users. Working knowledge of Windows Networks, Active Directory (security, creating accounts), MS Windows Server knowledge is highly desirable.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract.  Normally based in our London head office near Waterloo station, this role will initially be based remotely with occasional travel to several London offices as needed.
