The Humboldt Project Marine Conservation Specialist leads The Nature Conservancy’s efforts to work with government agencies, local communities, the private sector, and other organizations in Peru and Chile, under the framework of TNC’s Humboldt Project of the Southern Andes Conservation Program, to conserve priority marine sites in the Humboldt Current and Coast in these two countries, to put in place practices that will lead to effective conservation of marine habitats and sustainable harvests of fishing resources. The Humboldt Project Marine Conservation Specialist reports to the Humboldt Project Manager. He/she is located in Lima, Peru.?
