Acre is proud to be partnering with the Energy Saving Trust, an organisation with a long history of success. They are the leading and trusted organisation helping people save energy everyday. EST's vision is to become an exemplar internationally for energy and carbon emission reduction and sustainable water use.

The EST has engaged Acre to identify the Head of Commercial Products and Services. As a member of the senior management team, this role is integral to the continued success of the EST.

Responsibilities:

• Strategise and execute all commercial activity and business development to ensure continued profitability and revenue growth
• Identify, engage and develop strategic partnerships, client engagement and repeat revenue
• Devise new product and service development and promotion, in line with the organisational strategy
• Play a key role in the required culture change and increased commercial awareness across all organisational entities
• Drive quality assurance in the delivery of all of programs and works ensuring these are recorded

The successful individual will also be responsible for managing programmes on behalf of the EST in Europe, providing technical input into these projects.

Skills and capabilities:

• A proven track record of leading, motivating and managing a team
• Experience of navigating, developing and owning relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organisational structures with diverse objectives
• Significant commercial experience at a high level
• Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver results within specified deadlines
• Understanding of current policy, legislation and technology within the energy efficiency field
• Understanding of relevant certification/accreditation principles, systems and standards
• Working knowledge of the fundamental issues facing sustainable energy, water and transport
