Would you like to make Pembrokeshire Coast National Park an exemplar for sustainable land management?
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Farm Conservation Liaison Officer to work with local and national partners to maximise the conservation of the natural and cultural heritage of the National Park by the communities living in it.
You will work with local farmers and land owners to develop solutions to environmental pressures within the National Park. You will explore new ways of advancing sustainable farming methods and find ways to apply them locally. You will be a key member of small team which punches above its weight in securing funding to deliver a wide portfolio of environmental projects in the National Park. You will be the lead for agricultural advice and policy for the National Park Authority.
You should possess significant experience of agricultural and conservation land management issues.
You will need to be direct and clear in your advice and when presenting. Welsh language skills are essential for the post.
You will like to work with others to achieve positive outcomes.
