Due to continual growth and expansion of service offerings within SA, UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is looking to engage full-time Environmental & Biodiversity Field Operator to deliver weed control, revegetation, erosion control and various other on-ground environmental works and programs to our clients across Adelaide.

This Role:
This role is a role built around re-establishing environmental locations; this involves labour intense work that is very rewarding as you get to turn barren land into a large eco system. The projects are large and vary so the role always stays fresh where you will learn a lot.

Qualifications & experience

  • Completed Natural Resource Management / Conservation tertiary studies.
  • Must be fit and capable of working within physically demanding environments
  • Positive attitude and motivated to get the job done.
  • Sound Pest Plant & Native Plant knowledge and identification skills.
  • Experience in handling, preparing and applying herbicides.
  • Proven skills in revegetation and broad scale planting operations.
  • Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) advantageous
  • White Card
  • Current First Aid (and CPR)
  • Good communication and presentation
  • Keen appetite to grow the Environmental & Biodiversity division within UrbanVirons Group
