Joju solar has secured positions on major government frameworks to be the supplier of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Points (CP) to councils and local authorities. Due to demand from the market we are expanding our EVCI team.
Role Summary
The EVCI Advisor and Account Manager will build and manage relationships with potential and existing EVCI customers, to generate sales and achieve performance targets. Reporting to the head of EVCI, and working closely with the operations team, the manager will ensure that high quality customer care and service is provided from initial customer engagement to post-sale.

You will be an enthusiastic, conscientious and outcome-orientated individual who enjoys working with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders to accelerate the deployment of EVCI and achieve environmental sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Progressing EVCI sales opportunities from the point of initial customer engagement to post sale
- Ensureing that all activity is compliant with Joju's obligations under public sector frameworks
- Managing external relationships
- Managing internal relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers on Joju's CRM
- Maintaining an up to date project management system showing stages of customer journey
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks
- Undertaking training where required
- Assisting with tender responses
Person Specification
Essesntial
- Considerable experience of selling a product or service to businesses and/or public sector customers
- A good telephone manner and experience of proviging a rigorous and responsive customer facing service
- Proven excellent project management experience and skills
- An outcome-orientatewd team player, also capable of working independently
- Experience of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Able and willing to attend meetings, site surveys and events at locations across the UK, occasionally outside normal working hours
- Attainment of a BSc with suitable relevant experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Conversant with EV adoption and EVCO deployment drivers and barriers
- Committed to the principles of sustainable development
- A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business use
Desirable
- Experience of managing projects that improve or monitor air quality
- Experience of selling resource efficiency (including energy/waste/water efficiency, or sustainable energy) projects.
- Experience of selling EVs or selling/implementing EVCI
- Experience of surveying electrical infrastructure
- Attainment of a MSc in energy, environmental management or sustainable development
