The Strategic Alliance between High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council has been in place for more than a decade – the Councils share a workforce delivering services to two distinct areas with their own corporate plans and priorities. Work Location: Leek & Buxton- Hybrid Working Applicable

The Alliance has ambitious objectives to support the decarbonisation of homes across the borough and district.

We are looking for an officer to co-ordinate activities to support decarbonisation of homes and support elimination of fuel poverty.

Activities will range from project and contract management of grant funding, developing initiatives,  to building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and engaging with householders.

Energy Awareness training can be provided.

We are a Carbon Literate organisation.
