Our Customer Success Assistant will be a bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated colleague who will play a vital role supporting our Customer Success team with a range of administrative and data tasks. This role will help streamline our client engagement and reporting processes, enabling the team to produce high quality outputs with a higher number of clients. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in sustainability and software, wanting to develop their skills and take on responsibility as the role and the business matures. You will gain exposure to many tools, processes, clients and have the opportunity to work in a young, growing B2B SaaS business that serves manufacturers around the globe. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the willingness to learn and get stuck in!

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new supplier engagement campaigns in Hubspot, including cleaning and upload of data lists and building communications workflows
  • Checking supplier registrations, updating status in Hubspot and liaising with our finance team on relevant invoicing
  • Setting up of new suppliers in ‘Bee’ and updating new contacts in Hubspot
  • Track progress of supplier data submissions and flag gaps and issues for Customer Success team to follow up on
  • Support project upload into Bee for suppliers where relevant
  • Track usage of Bee and build customer health score reports, whilst also preparing engagement summary reports for clients
  • Update user training guides and FAQ pages based on new software releases and supplier challenges
  • Work with Operations Manager to find ways to improve and automate processes including sourcing of new tools to assist
  • Ensure sound knowledge management and due process including documenting of key calls, decisions and actions in Hubspot
  • Support delivery of online events for manufacturing suppliers

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passionate belief in our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable manufacturing
  • Prior experience in an office environment would be beneficial but not required
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of MS Office particularly data entry and analysis using Excel, and CRM systems (HubSpot) would be beneficial
  • Ability to work well in an international and multi-cultural environment. Excellent written and spoken English, and fluency in other languages would be an asset.

To be successful in this role, you have to be an energetic person with a keen eye for detail.  You are passionate about supporting our mission to help manufacturers to reduce their costs and global climate impacts. You will need to be meticulous and precise, able to manage in a fast-paced environment, supporting many colleagues across our Customer Success team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills would be an asset and you need to be comfortable with using Excel to manage, check and input data.

This would suit a recent graduate who is keen to get exposure to an exciting business which is growing rapidly and could provide opportunities for development. As we grow and scale as a business the aforementioned responsibilities are likely to evolve and develop and you should feel comfortable to adapt and grow with the role.
