Description |

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Environmental Records Centre (CPERC) as a Data Officer. CPERC is based at the Wildlife Trust BCN offices in Cambourne and as the Local Environmental Records Centre for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is the central source for biodiversity information for the area. We work with a wide range of data users and suppliers and the role of Data Officer is central to the functioning of the records centre by fulfilling requests for data and managing incoming datasets, as well as carrying out project work and other tasks when necessary.
A keen interest in British natural history and wildlife conservation, as well as experience of biodiversity or environmental information management would be an advantage.
