Description  

This exciting role will organise environmental engagement courses online and across the UK, including managing learner bookings.

The scope is hundreds of online and place-based training courses for adults and young people.  Our learners will earn recognition and accreditation and take on personal and professional roles that benefit themselves and the natural environment.

The post holder will work with engagement/training officers, under a senior course co-ordinator at the national charity, the Field Studies Council; a leader provider of environment education.

The post holder will organise courses, including liaison with venues and tutors, and manage learner bookings. They will also achieve accurate records and help present FSC’s impact.

The successful candidate will have excellent evidence of success with organising engagement and training courses and managing related customer journeys.

The successful candidate will also have experience of collaborative working and using spreadsheets and databases. And ideally, demonstratable enthusiasm for environmental education.
