Description
Groundwork London is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all members of the community. We are particularly seeking applicants from under-represented backgrounds including but not exclusive to, males, transgender people and those from an Asian background.

We are seeking an experienced therapeutic practitioner who will manage a team of therapeutic practitioners in The Nest’s 0 – 25 service and hold a caseload of young people with complex presentations.

The Nest is Groundwork London’s mental wellbeing support service for young people aged 0 – 25 and living in the London Borough of Southwark. Since launching as a remote service in May of 2020, The Nest has gone from strength to strength and, as we enter our fourth year of delivery, we are looking for an experienced, skilled and driven clinical team manager to lead our 0-25s offer and Nest+.

These teams are responsible for providing 1-2-1 and group therapeutic interventions for 0 – 25-year-olds from The Nest’s hub in Peckham, schools and GPs across the borough and other community spaces. The clinical team manager will ensure that the current provision continues to be delivered to the highest of standards while looking to diversify the service offer through the delivery of a drop-in, group work and parent/carer and young people steering groups.

Please contact us if you have:
? Experience of working therapeutically with children, young people and their families
? Experience of providing clinical supervision, ideally with a supervision qualification
? Knowledge and understanding of the barriers children and families face when accessing support
? Experience and knowledge of working to safeguard children, including relevant training
? The ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
