IMPORTANT: This Advertiser has requested that applicants MUST be National Residents / Valid Work Permit-holders. Other applicants need not apply.
A seasonal education officer is required on a seven and a half month fixed-term contract working 4 days (30 hours) per week. You will be required to teach stimulating, enjoyable and informative sessions to school groups and play schemes on the Downs and to help widen the range of groups that visit the Downs by promoting these sessions to new audiences.
You will also plan and run children’s holiday events and provide craft activities at public events. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, British wildlife/conservation knowledge and the enthusiasm to share this with others.
The ability to work independently and in a team together with ICT skills, the ability to work under pressure and to be flexible are essential.
Closing date for applications is 3.00pm on Wednesday 27th January 2016. Interviews will take place on Monday 8th February 2016.
