Description

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager with excellent team management, analytical, technical and IT skills.

This role will manage our team of Finance Assistants and support the Finance Manager with the preparation of management accounts for the Trust and Group by ensuring that accurate information is processed into the Trust systems, this is a challenging, busy and hands on role. 

You will require previous experience of preparing management accounts and of team management, including the setting of objectives, annual reviews, coaching and mentoring. 

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
