Full time (35 hours per week). Part-time applications will be considered.
Permanent contract (subject to probationary period)
NWS seek an Arboricultural Consultant to join our existing team and help support our tree survey and advice services for clients, working within Norfolk and surrounding counties with developers and land managers. The post would suit those passionate about offering high quality arboricultural advice alongside our existing ecology services, as well as tree professionals seeking new challenges or direction in an office environment. Knowledge of BS5837:2012, experience of tree surveys and of the use of IT is essential. Knowledge of woodland management and/or tree planting would be advantageous.
Norfolk Wildlife Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Norfolk Wildlife Trust undertaking environmental consultancy work with a county and regional focus. Norfolk Wildlife Services undertakes ecological consultancy work in protected species, land management and ecological impact assessment, and profits are gift aided back to the Trust to support its core work.
