We are an air tightness and sustainability consultancy based in Bristol. We work with developers and house builders to reduce the carbon footprint of their developments and help them comply with building regulations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team. The role would be flexible and offer multiple training opportunities. Initially the role would involve training and qualification to carry out Air Tightness Tests. A full driving licence is essential.
Main Duties
- Carrying out Air Tightness Testing on new developments across the South West.
- Business development duties including liaising with new and existing clients and site contacts.
- Report writing and lodgement.
- Travel is required (mainly within 2hrs of Bristol but occasionally further afield).

Education, Experience & Attributes Required
- A degree in a related field is desirable.
- A minimum of 3 A-levels (Grade C or above) or a relevant technical qualification.
- An interest in sustainability and energy efficiency in the built environment.
- Self motivation and ability to use initiative to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to work on construction sites and carry Air Testing equipment.
- Computer literacy, with good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
- Experience of the construction industry is desirable.
