Summary Job Description
To accommodate the evolving operations and human resources needs of our growing international team we are recruiting this operations and human resources support role to join our central coordination team. The position will provide a broad range of support to operations and human resources functions across Blue Ventures, to promote the effective, safe and efficient management of people systems within our expanding global team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full time role based in in Blue Ventures’ London headquarters.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual, with an interest in working in the marine conservation and development sectors. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience of working on a wide range of tasks that require strong timekeeping ability and efficient organisation. The evolving nature of the organisation will give the candidate opportunities for innovation and original thinking when approaching tasks.
