Business Development and Community Engagement Section Co-ordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Based: Devizes, Wiltshire

As the Business Development and Community Engagement Section Co-ordinator, you will have the opportunity to support some of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s flagship programmes.

You will have responsibility for helping to ensure the success of these programmes and you will support project leaders to measure and understand what success looks like for the programme, the funder and the clients at both a local and national level.

You will be a focussed administrator with a personal touch who is able to undertake complex tasks such as managing the Trust’s NOCN Training Centre operations while still having the human touch to enable you to support and manage the sectional volunteers.

To be successful you will need to be able to make sense of complex data and manipulate it to help meet the Trust’s reporting requirements.  You will be as comfortable creating new Excel spreadsheets as you are working with external partners and organisations to set up meetings and working groups.  You will work closely with and report to the Head of Business Development and Community Engagement and support the ongoing work of the section as well as the wider Trust.

Along with relevant and appropriate experience, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be willing to adapt to growth and a changing role as the Trust develops in the years ahead.

This is a full time post with some occasional evening or weekend work required.
