Job description: Key tasks/principal accountabilities:
• Lead an integrated team of people across one or more locations, deploying budgets and resources to ensure targets are met in line with the Area 13 delivery agreement • Manage, motivate and develop the capability of the team and individuals to deliver work • Contribute to the design of, and then own, specified corporate and team targets, ensure their delivery and be responsible for regular, accurate reports (e.g. via CPMS) and evaluation for those targets. • Deal with complex and contentious issues relating to people, delivery of projects or service outcomes • Manage team risk register and input to area-wide risk management • Engage and liaise with customers and partners in support of delivery agreement • Play a lead role in internal (i.e Area Management Team and Team Leader networks) and some external networks/communities
