Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses is a vibrant community garden situated in the centre of Brockwell Park. The charity is committed to enabling a diverse range of local residents, schools and visitors to increase their knowledge, improve their wellbeing and to create greener communities. Our one-acre site is a thriving hub of volunteering activities and educational initiatives.Our strap line is: Growing through learning: learning through growing
We are currently looking for a dynamic and committed Director to oversee the next stage of our development. You will have experience of leading a small charity, community group or social enterprise.
As well as overseeing the growth in volunteers and participants at the charity and improving our long term sustainability you will be leading an ambitious capital project to build a new Education Centre on the site.
This role reports to the board of Trustees and manages a team of four part time members of staff.
