We are a specialist Ecological and Arboricultural consultancy that prides itself on having the same core values that we did 9 years ago when we were founded. At present we are working on exemplar ecologically lead development projects in conjunction with conservation charities. Our business is expanding and is at present forming new teams to service our infrastructure clients.

If you would like to join our team then we would love to hear from you. Please confirm that you have the following skills and experience before applying.

  • Minimum 2 seasons undertaking Extended Phase 1 habitat surveys within a consultancy environment
  • Able to prepare Environmental Impact Assessments
  • Experience of preparing mitigation strategies for protected species
  • Experience of preparing European protected species mitigation licence applications
  • Able to identify baseline Ecological constraints during site visits
  • Have significant experience of standard survey protocols
  • Confident planning your own portfolio of work
  • Familiar with relevant Wildlife Legislation Policy and Guidance
  • Understand standard mitigation practices associated with reptiles, GCN, badgers, bats & dormice
  • Client Facing with excellent communication skills
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable

  • Protected species licence(s)
  • Management / leadership experience
