Would you like to play an integral role in delivering the wildlife success story of the year? A once in a lifetime opportunity has arisen to join the River Otter Beaver Trial project team.
The five year trial is mid-term and is delivering of a comprehensive programme of scientific research, field observation and community engagement. The field officer will play a key role in the survey, monitoring, practical mitigation, community engagement and volunteering spheres of the Trial.
This will be a challenging but highly rewarding role; your work, supported by a partnership team of conservation and land management experts, will be integral to the success of the project and potentially the future of beavers in the wild in England.
This is a part-time, one year fixed term appointment, with the possibility of extension, based on 18.75 hours per week based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter with substantial time outside of the office.
