  • Internal, administrative management of fundraising within NEPCon.
  • Updating NEPCon’s fundraising strategy as needed.

  • Must have a proven record of accomplishment in fundraising in an NGO, preferably in Europe.

  • High ability to independently progress with agreed tasks, as well as great attention to detail, and ability to communicate and coordinate tasks among colleagues.
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to deliver by deadlines.
  • Minimum education level of bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, non-profit or business management, or a related environmental field.

  • International and multicultural (work) experience
  • Spanish, French or other language skills
  • Good MS Office skills and generally high level of computer literacy in order to create proposals that are well-formatted, as well as communicate with colleagues in international locations (through use of Skype, webinar platforms, etc.)
