Description

In 2021 Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will be moving to a new Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system.  Can you help us to undertake the important work required to move to the new database, which will enable us to better manage our members, volunteers, donors, and other aspects of our work?

If so, this role may be for you.

We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, and ideally with experience of CRM systems and/or project management. You will work alongside colleagues at the Trust to migrate our membership, volunteer and donor information.

The purpose of this role is to undertake the bulk of the data migration work required, which includes extensive testing in two phases when data is uploaded into the new CRM, ThankQ, and troubleshooting when the new system goes live.

You will help to run the process, liaising with colleagues within the Trust and external suppliers to assist us with this work.

Currently working remotely, should it be possible to return to the office some home working will still be possible and hours can be worked flexibly.

Annual leave entitlement is 25 days per year plus bank holidays for full time equivalents.

All employees are enrolled onto the workplace pension scheme where the Trust contributes 8% of salary and colleagues contribute 4%.

We want our people to be as diverse as nature, so we particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented within our sector, including people from minority ethnic backgrounds and people with disabilities.  We are committed to creating a movement that recognises and truly values individual differences and identities.

9-month fixed term contract
