With the extensive growth of our Achievement Coaching programme we are able to a rolling recruitment drive so will be accepting applications until all our coaching positions have been filled. With a relevant background, qualification or experience in youth and employment work, you will drive innovative and high quality provision in educational establishments, working with young people to inspire them, increase their resilience and raise their academic attainment.
You will have the ability to form close and effective relationships with young people from a wide range of backgrounds, provide support and guidance and deliver motivational personal development sessions in a school environment.
